Our consciousness and our souls have been ascending to a higher, clearer level for some time and now our bodies are starting to ascend too. Memories of past traumas, experiences and energy connections that can't ascend with you are coming up to be released at the cellular level. You may wonder why this old stuff is showing up again, and that is why. Some of you may feel it as pain, others may feel anxiety or depression or just a sense that change is coming. I can help you with this in a healing session, but below is a simple tool that may get you to a more peaceful place.

My graduate and fellow healing & ascension worker Kathleen reminded me of working with my angel self as I was working through some old stuff that just wouldn't clear. It seemed like the more I worked on it, the worse it got. Together she and I came up with a way to work that is simple and wonderfully helpful!

Go within to your inner wisdom, deep within your heart and from there invite your angel self to bring forth its wings to surround your body and aura in their unconditionally loving energy and protection. Relax deeply into this support and wherever you feel uncomfortable have the angel bring God's love into the part of you that needs to be healed. This will loosen up the issue and allow it to clear and your energy to ascend to a higher level. It is fun and works great. You can add this to your sacred space or other daily protection and it is so cozy and helpful. It's also great to help you sleep.
