I had the loveliest experience today at The Rudolph Steiner House in Ann Arbor at 1923 Geddes. A women has spent years of her life following what Rudolph Steiner calls The Calendar of the Soul. It's a series of verses that guides the soul through the seasons of the year week by week helping them to recognize and integrate the pulls of the world and the cosmos through the seasons. What it comes down to is how do we integrate the pull to expand into the cosmos and receive spiritual enlightenment with our need to hold onto ourself so we can integrate those influences into our daily lives and thus realize our true potential as human beings. The artist goes week by week with the verses and illustrates the opportunities and challenges they present to us in paint through water color and pastel. The work is powerful and accurate in its representation of this journey. Everything in your experience is contracted to play a role on the stage of your life, mirroring an essential message about you. Where you find obstruction and hurtful energy outside of you, it represents those elements within your own soul which are self-defeating. It is not your fault, it is the agreements we made when we decided to experience ourself as limited and it has taken us to this point growing the soul we need for God to manifest within us. Let the challenges in your life be signposts to the blocks inside of you. There you will find out how your power and your potential can be actualized.

Your inner angel will teach you to overcome the self-defeating energies within your body and soul. As you are filled with love, the old stage set of your life story will be cleared and you will find yourself on an entirely new and much nicer stage playing the role that was meant for you! Don't be surprised if it is different but better than what you thought you wanted.

Don't be afraid of your journey. Your higher consciousness designed this experience perfectly to manifest the gifts you need. Your angel will teach you to love yourself, which is the essential ingredient. Loving yourself unleashes your true potential and brings you into line with God within and all around you. Loveing yourself needs to be all the way down to your cells and DNA, not just an idea in your head.

Our consciousness and our souls have been ascending to a higher, clearer level for some time and now our bodies are starting to ascend too. Memories of past traumas, experiences and energy connections that can't ascend with you are coming up to be released at the cellular level. You may wonder why this old stuff is showing up again, and that is why. Some of you may feel it as pain, others may feel anxiety or depression or just a sense that change is coming. I can help you with this in a healing session, but below is a simple tool that may get you to a more peaceful place.

My graduate and fellow healing & ascension worker Kathleen reminded me of working with my angel self as I was working through some old stuff that just wouldn't clear. It seemed like the more I worked on it, the worse it got. Together she and I came up with a way to work that is simple and wonderfully helpful!

Go within to your inner wisdom, deep within your heart and from there invite your angel self to bring forth its wings to surround your body and aura in their unconditionally loving energy and protection. Relax deeply into this support and wherever you feel uncomfortable have the angel bring God's love into the part of you that needs to be healed. This will loosen up the issue and allow it to clear and your energy to ascend to a higher level. It is fun and works great. You can add this to your sacred space or other daily protection and it is so cozy and helpful. It's also great to help you sleep.

Forgiveness is letting go. Letting go of what hurts, angers, frightens, damages and giving it to God. Healing is forgiveness in action. Awakening God within those places that have been shut off from God. Wherever God is not awake, there is hurt and trauma that needs to be forgiven and healed.

Forgiveness takes us beyond hardship and allows us to enjoy the gifts we always gain through our experiences. Sometimes it takes the objectivity of a healer to find the blocks within and the hurts that have caused them and help us find God and the gifts within them.

Forgiveness isn't something you do just once usually. Each time you grow more into your power, you will find a deeper level of letting go of old hurts is needed.

As we move into 2012 and the increase of new world energy that it brings, there will be plenty of oportunities to let go of the old hurts that block us from unity with God. Remember to let go and let God.

On the air at Body Mind Spirit Radio Annette Abin of In Touch Interviews and I were talking about Transitioning Into the New World and she shared something that worked so simply for her at a time of crisis. She couldn't think clearly enough to do more than say "thank you God" over and over and after about 5 minutes the problem resolved. The key is that she staid present and acknowledged God in her situation. That's all it takes! That is what we are here for and how ascension happens. We are God in physical bodies and when we acknowledge the presence of God the old world releases us and we step a little bit more into the new world and our new world bodies. Thank you Annette!

I was guided to do a planetary healing this morning which had to do with the way so many people are sensitive to wheat these days. It seems that wheat has carried in its genetic makeup memories and soul energies of battlefields that were later sown with wheat. Different grains draw different energies out of the soil. Corn takes toxic chemicals and so some people are sensitive to corn. But wheat takes emotions and soul energies so people who are empathic and psychic can react to them by developing allergies or being more emotionally intense than they otherwise would. I was guided to ask the healing guides to retroactively clear those energies from the fields and soil, including discarnate soul energies and blood that had been spilled, curses, hatred, fear etc. Then I was guided to ask for an upgrade the genetic makeup of the wheat and clear anything that the current stores of wheat are holding. After that there was a big healing and upgrading of energies for the planet overall.

As we move into the new world, these things are being healed so that the planet and our bodies can hold unconditional love and the truth of who we are. Those old struggles served a purpose in our evolution, but are no longer needed for those who are moving into the new world.

I expect that we will see an exponential decrease in wheat allergies over time. If you have been sensitive to wheat, take 3 salt baths (1.5 cups sea salt per tub) over the next 10 days and ask the unconditionally loving angels and healing guides to clear any of the energies of war that you have obsorbed from wheat into your body and aura. Breathe deeply but not slowly, like you are walking and receive the energies of the new world earth and sun into your body to help the clearing to take place. I believe you will find a gradual decrease of the allergy over time. I don't know if it will be quick for you or if it might take up to 3 years. But it should become less and less. Sometimes we feel like we don't belong in this old world and it feels hard to be here. Within us there is a deep longing for something that your inner self already knows and which many call home. In the old world experience the only way to get home is to leave your body, in most cases to die, or to have a near death experience, although some experience it in meditation or dreams. Home is that place where we are in a state of unity with God, because that is where we all come from.

One hallmark of the new world will be the feeling that we are at home, finally. As God is able to live within the creation in an increasingly full way, we will recognize God within ourself and other people and the natural world. We will no longer have to die to go home, we can live at home here on earth. Expect to have that experience in flashes at first and then increasingly and for longer and longer periods. Many of you may have felt that experience growing already within you.

Meditate to tune into to your new world self, which is growing within you. Find that inner sense of home and let it grow so that one day it will be your entire life. Where you don't feel at home yet, welcome God in and allow the energy to lighten and shift as it is able.
